Challenged with elevating Starbucks’ brand reputation, our team developed a campaign focusing on giving a platform to baristas’ voices. With an authentic UGC look and feel, we designed a campaign that felt like it came directly from the people who make Starbucks a place you want to visit. From storytelling broadcast spots to silly TikToks, we took over the media with sweet stories of good people, and surpassed all of our KPIs along the way.
